I specialize in the grading of accommodation and MESE (Conference) facilities as well as the caravanning and camping sector. I do grading assessments for Guest Houses, Self-Catering, Bed & Breakfasts, Lodges and Caravan Parks.
During the assessment, I prefer management to accompany me so that I can offer advice on improvements to their facilities and so on. On completion of the assessment, I naturally submit my assessment report to Grading Council for approval, and I automatically forward a copy of the assessment report to the owners or management of the establishment along with a separate report on the grading assessment where detailed notes and observations are made for management to action.
I have been an accredited assessor for the Tourism Grading Council
since August 2003 and have a portfolio of graded properties in excess of a hundred establishments.
